We may have bid farewell to festival season for another year, but hap’s work never stops. We supply teams to the events and hospitality industry year-round, staffing venues like stadiums, arenas and racecourses.

Upskill on your own terms
We have a range of roles available, and our work model is completely flexible – so you only sign up for what suits you. Positions include front-of-house roles like bartenders, waiting staff and cashiers, and back-of-house work like food preparation. We also hire ticketing, stewarding, cloakroom staff and runners – there’s truly something for everyone.
Not only can this kind of casual work fit around your university studies or other commitments, but it also gives you the opportunity to pad out your CV with valuable transferable skills. We train all our staff from the ground up – equipping you with the tools and expertise you need to thrive in a busy service environment.
This means that, when you become part of the well-oiled hap machine, you’ll have the opportunity to perfect your communication skills, get to grips with time management, become a multitasking pro and, most importantly, understand the value of teamwork. How you can apply
Here at hap, we’re known for our variety. Pulling off an unforgettable event is no easy feat – it takes a lot of different moving parts, which means a range of different roles. If you want to secure your paid position at a sell-out match or stadium tour, all you need to do is register before visiting our shift scheduling platform, PARiM, to see all the shifts in your local area.
