Our comprehensive training covers all bases, ensuring you feel at ease pouring drinks, serving food, and operating behind the scenes in bars and restaurants buzzing with energetic fans.
It’s actually a great way to gain experience in preparation for the world of work. And if you do have a history of leading teams, there are plenty of supervisor and managerial roles for you to flex your skills. We’ve even recently begun filling kitchens with chefs and porters – our staffing capabilities have no limit!
Flexible shifts
The beauty of working with hap is that our whole model is focused on flexibility. So, if there’s a particular game you don’t want to work, you don’t have to! It’s really that simple. Even better, because many of the sports games we staff take place during the evenings or at the weekends, it’s easy to slot them in around your study commitments if you’re a student.
Wondering how you’ll get there? Since we staff so many local games and they’re easily accessible by public transport, travelling to and from the games is simple. In fact, there will often be a stop directly outside the venue itself.
