Festival season is nearly here, and we’re getting ready to share our 2026 lineup of events with our flexible workforce at hap Flexi. For many of our staff, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for, the chance to see where you can work this summer, plan your schedule, and get excited for the months ahead.

Before the lineup drops, now is the perfect time to make sure you’re fully prepped and ready to go so you don’t miss out on the opportunities you want.

The first step is making sure you’re registered and ready to work. If you haven’t already applied, head over to staff.hapgroup.co.uk and complete your application so you’re in the system and ready to be allocated to shifts as soon as they’re released.

If you are already part of the team, it is really important that your profile is up to date. Double-check that your contact details, phone number, and home address are all correct on your hap profile. This helps us contact you quickly about roles and ensures everything runs smoothly.

If you’re based in Scotland, please make sure your SLT form is completed and signed in advance. Having this sorted now will avoid any delays when it comes to allocating you to events.

For any staff working on a visa, please ensure you send us your up-to-date documents and share codes in good time. Keeping this information current means we can continue to offer you work without any interruptions once the season begins.

Festival season is always better with friends, so if you want to work alongside your mates this summer, encourage them to apply too. Once they’re in our system, we can look at placing you on the same events where possible, so you can share the experience together.

If you’ve got any questions at all before the season starts, the best place to go is our Staff Support Centre, where you’ll find helpful guidance and answers to common queries.

We’re looking forward to another incredible summer of events and can’t wait to have you on the team. Make sure you’re prepped, ready, and first in line when the 2026 lineup goes live.
