Local and accessible
We hire staff for all kinds of festivals all across Ireland, so when you register with us, you’ll have the opportunity to work lots of future gigs too. Securing a spot on our team also gets you a free ticket to the festival, and for some areas, we’ll transport you to and from the event location. You’ll even stay in an allocated staff camping area, fully equipped with private toilets and showers.
Flexible shifts
You’re probably thinking, what’s the catch? But truthfully, there isn’t one. Better yet, since we operate on a flexible basis, you’re welcome to cherry-pick the events that appeal to you. This means you’ll have the chance to see some of the hottest music artists in the charts totally free of charge – all the while being able to work your shifts around any other commitments, like studying.
Weekly payment
All of our staff are paid minimum wage or higher within 12 days of your first post. Following this, you’ll be compensated weekly for any work you complete with hap – helping you earn some extra cash to fund the rest of your summer activities. And since we provide a free lunch and evening meal daily, you don’t have to worry about spending your hard-earned cash on staying refreshed.
Amazing events, amazing people
Last, but by no means least, working the festival circuit is a perfect opportunity to attend some unmissable events this summer, and you’ll get to hang out with like-minded people throughout. If you’ve got friends who’d like to join you – the more, the merrier. But if you’re not sure you can round up a tribe, don’t worry! Many of our staff work solo and return with friends they’ve made along the way.
