Bar Staff required for Camp Bestival

Camp Bestival is the UK’s perfect family festival, each summer lining up a weekend of music, fun and games for all ages inside the beautiful grounds of Dorset’s Lulworth Castle. Since its inception over ten years ago (way back in 2008), Camp Bestival has gone on to win the Best Family Festival at the UK Festival Awards in no fewer than a remarkable five years. This incredible achievement is thanks to the huge, diverse programme it lays on each year, including music, comedy, theatre, spoken word, arts and crafts, science shows and circus workshops.

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts will be approximately 8- 14 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

Food is provided by our client/bar operator, for this event you will receive a packed lunch and a meal voucher every working day. Vegetarian options will be available but unfortunately not all dietary requirements can be catered for. We recommend bringing your own snacks for throughout the weekend. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the event.

Pay Rate:

£10.50( £9.37ph + £1.13ph holiday pay)

Please pack light – the walk to the campsite can be long and you will have to be able to carry all your belongings!

Please leave nothing behind, take your tent and belongings with you and always dispose of all rubbish before leaving site.
