We use a shift scheduling app called PARiM to show you the shifts available and for you to apply and book onto these shifts.

Please ensure you read the shift notes carefully and are aware of the location, role and uniform requirements before applying.

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age due to licensing requirements.

All assignments offered by hap Solutions are in customer-facing roles, and it is therefore imperative that you must have a reasonable English language level for conversing with members of the public, your colleagues and management, and for essential health and safety.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts will be approximately 4- 6 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

There will be staff coaches to/from: Birmingham

You can also make your own way to/from the event. 

Uniform

Staff must wear formal black dress trousers, a white long-sleeved collared shirt, black polished shoes and black socks. Long hair must be tied back, and nail varnish, piercings, jewellery and false eyelashes are not allowed.

Heels, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed.
