Connect Festival is an annual music festival which takes place at the royal highland centre in Scotland; however, this festival prides itself on being more than just about the music.
It combines a weekend of spoken word, debate, comedy, visual arts and food and drink ‘from local talent and big name Scottish chefs’.
In 2023, connect is making a commitment to reduce any environmental and ecological impact that comes with their festival as per their aim to make connect as sustainable as possible.
All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.
The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the event therefore, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
All assignments offered by hap Solutions Group are in customer-facing roles, and it is therefore imperative that you must have a reasonable English language level for conversing with members of the public, your colleagues and management, and for essential health and safety.
Shifts will be approximately 6- 12 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.
Pay rate: £10.50ph

There will be staff coaches to/from: Glasgow.
Please call the office promptly on your Call Back Day to ensure you get a space on your preferred coach.
You can also make your own way to/from the event. There will be staff parking details provided at a later date.
Uniform
Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear. Such as: black jeans/trousers/shorts/skirts/leggings (no tracksuits), along with black shoes/pumps/trainers. You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.
Heels, flip flops, or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar.
