Dublin based Longitude Festival takes place annually in the idyllic grounds of Marlay park. With a line-up scaling across all of the genres, Longitude Festival provides a contemporary haven for all the young partiers who flood Marlay park each year round.

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the event therefore, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Shifts will be approximately 6- 12 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

Food is provided by our client/bar operator, for this event you will receive 2 meals every working day. Vegetarian options will be available but unfortunately, not all dietary requirements can be catered for. We recommend bringing your own snacks for throughout the weekend. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the event.

Pay rate: €12.04 ph

There will be staff coaches to/from: Dublin.

Please call the office promptly on your Call Back Day to ensure you get a space on your preferred coach.

You can also make your own way to/from the event. There will be staff parking details provided at a later date.

Uniform

Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear. Such as: black jeans/trousers/shorts/skirts/leggings (no tracksuits), along with black shoes/pumps/trainers. You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.

Heels, flip flops, or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar.
