New World Fest is a brand new one-day dance festival coming to Essex in July 2021. Held in part of the old V Festival site in Chelmsford, New World Fest will showcase over 50 artists across its four stages, taking ravers on a journey across the dance music spectrum as they take in house, garage, bass, D&B, old skool and more.
All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.
The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts will be approximately 8- 14 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.
We recommend bringing your own snacks for throughout the day. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the event.
Pay Rates:
Aged 18 – 20: £7.96ph ( £7.10ph + £0.86ph holiday pay)
Aged 21 – 22: £9.37 (£8.36ph + £1.01ph holiday pay)
Aged 23+: £9.99 (£8.91ph + £1.08ph holiday pay)

Uniform
Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear. Such as: black jeans/trousers/shorts/skirts/leggings (no tracksuits), along with black shoes/pumps/trainers. You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.
Heels, flip flops, or open toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar.
