To apply you MUST:
Have a valid EU Passport (that expires at least 3 months after the date of return)
Have good bar experience (ski experience is a big plus)
Have a PPS number
Have an Irish Bank Account
Be a current resident of the Republic of Ireland
Have travel insurance or be willing to get this (including winter sports cover if you want to ski/snowboard) and provide proof
Pay a deposit of €200 by 1st March

This is not volunteering, you will be paid for the hours you work on the bar.
You will be expected to work 5 shifts across 6 days, most shifts will start in the afternoon or evening and go on until the early morning!
