Bar staff required for Steps & Mainland Festival

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the event therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts will be approximately 6- 12 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

£11.09 per hour (£9.90ph + £1.19ph holiday pay)

Transport

You must make your own way to and from the event. 

There are shuttle busses from Hampton Court Station to Apps Court Farm, you will need to make your own way for this.

Uniform

Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear. Such as: black jeans/trousers/shorts/skirts/leggings (no tracksuits), along with black shoes/pumps/trainers. You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.

Heels, flip flops, or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar.
