Bar and hospitality staff required for The Mere Golf Resort & Spa

We use a shift scheduling app called PARiM to show you the shifts available and for you to apply and book onto these shifts.

Please ensure you read the shift notes carefully and are aware of the location, role and uniform requirements before applying.

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts will be approximately 4- 6 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

Uniform

Uniform INCLUDES TIE: (please note you will be turned away should not meet the standard).

All uniforms must be in good repair, clean and pressed. Formal black dress trousers (not overly flared) which meet the shoe (no visible ankles), plain black belt, plain black long-sleeved collared shirt, plain black tie, black polished leather shoes, plain black socks/pop socks.

Heels, flip flops or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed. No skirts/leggings/jeans or trainers, Subtle, natural make-up may be worn. Long hair must be tied securely in a bun or as up as possible. Facial hair should be kept neatly trimmed or shaven. Nails should be kept short and clean. False nails and coloured nail varnish are not allowed. No piercings, no false eyelashes. For health and safety reasons no earrings, bracelets or any other jewellery other than a plain wedding band (non-stoned) may be worn. Offensive tattoos to be covered up. We encourage you to use deodorant and body spray to guard against body odour – please use them in moderation. Shirts should always be tucked in. Any additional uniform items provided will need to be handed back at the end of your shift. Please bring a facemask/covering with you.
