A celebration of art and music, situated in the heart of the Norfolk countryside at Houghton Hall, near Kings Lynn. Houghton’s simple formula of extended DJ sets, bespoke sound systems, stunning settings, hidden stages and art installations over previous years have meant that it is considered to be amongst the world’s most beautiful festivals.
The festival is curated by Craig Richards and all acts are invited by him personally, scroll down to see the full line up. Previous acts that have played there are Mr Scruff, Dan Beaumont, Seth Troxler and many more.
All Bar Staff at Houghton Festival must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.
The bars will be busy throughout the event therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts will be 6 – 12 hours long (exact shift times TBC)
You will be provided with food during your shifts.
Pay Rate
18-20 £7.45ph (£6.65 + £0.80 holiday pay)
21-24 £8.63ph (£7.70 + £0.93 holiday pay)
25+ £9.20ph (£8.21 + £0.99 holiday pay)

Camping
This is a camping festival. Anyone camping will need to bring a tent, roll mat, toiletries and extra warm clothing.
Transport
FREE return staff transport will be available from Birmingham. You can also make your own way to and from the event.
Staff parking will be available, please car share where possible.
Uniform
Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear.
