Bar Staff required for Radio 2 in the Park 2023.

Performers include Kylie Minogue, Simply Red, Bananarama, Rick Astley, Sam Ryder, James Blunt and Tears for Fears.

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the event therefore, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

All assignments offered by hap Solutions Group are in customer-facing roles, and it is therefore imperative that you must have a reasonable English language level for conversing with members of the public, your colleagues and management, and for essential health and safety.

Shifts will be approximately 6- 12 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

Payrate: £10.90 ph

Uniform

Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing with minimal branding. Black jeans/trousers/shorts/skirts/leggings are fine but no tracksuits.

Comfortable black footwear must be worn too (shoes/pumps/trainers). Heels, flip flops, or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar.

You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.
