Bar Staff – Lakefest – Eastnor Deer Park

We require Paid Bar Staff for Lakefest, Eastnor Deer Park. Kaiser Chiefs, James and Happy Mondays are among the names performing at Lakefest – the family music festival near Ledbury.

Lakefest returns to Eastnor Castle for its ninth year and across four days in August will have a range of artists from The Pigeon Detectives to up and coming names from BBC Music Introducing.

Experienced bar staff and bar backs required for this busy event.

The bars will be busy throughout the event therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts will be 8-14 hours long (exact shift times TBC)

All Bar Staff at Lakefest must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

Pay Rate

£9.20ph (£8.21 + £0.99 holiday pay)

You must include all of the following information –

• Confirm your availability for the full 4 days of the festival

• Confirm that you can make your own way to Eastnor Deer Park, and that you will be camping

• Please give us the details of your bar experience. Preferred high street bar experience, no cocktail experience required. We are looking for confident, chatty and experienced bar staff for this event.

Camping

This is a camping festival. Anyone camping will need to bring a tent, roll mat, toiletries and extra warm clothing. You will camp in the staff campsite.

You will be provided with food on working days.

Transport

You must make your own way to the festival.

Staff parking will be available, please car share where possible.

Uniform

Uniform – Staff must wear plain black clothing – no ripped jeans, sports clothes or logos.

Please make sure you take practical footwear and pack waterproofs.
