Our open work vacancies are nationwide and cover some of the best festivals around. From bar staff roles like serving, bar back, supervisory and management to organisational roles behind the scenes, there’s plenty to choose from.

I’ve never worked at a festival before, can I still apply?Â
Absolutely! The friendly hap team will provide a full rundown of what’s required on shift, ensuring you’re ready for the role. And our on-site team will get you organised and ready to work in no time.
Can I apply for other weekly work with hap as well as festivals?
Yes! Working with hap is all about flexibility, meaning you can pick and choose what you apply for. Just make sure you don’t double-book any placements and that you’re able to fulfil all your shifts.
How much/when will I get paid?
Pay rates are always minimum wage or above, paid to you within 10 days of your assignment and on a weekly basis after that. Exact rates vary from festival to festival.Â
