It’s great that you want to join the team, at HAP Solutions we staff the best Festivals and Events in the UK, with over 100 to choose from this summer, along with hospitality roles, stadiums, market research projects and more.  Interviewing is quick and easy, and all done online – you are now one step closer to having the best summer ever!

For your first step you just need to register on our website, you can do this here, and don’t forget to verify your email (check your junk folder and mark us as a safe sender if it ends up there).

Once registered you will be invited to complete your application on our online application portal, Fountain. You will have up to 14 days to complete this application, but the faster you do it, the quicker you can get to work!

On this application we ask you basic information such as your home address, term time address (if a student), what work you are interested in, brief descriptions of your experience and for you to upload your right to work documents (passport, birth certificate and/or visa) & your proof of NI.

After your application is completed we will invite you to complete an online interview, this may not be straight away – we will contact you when we open interviews for work in your area.

Before your self-recorded online interview we will show you a video about what it’s like to work for us and what to expect on shift. Your interview will ask you to verify your ID by showing your right to work documents to the screen and then ask you two questions about your experience and yourself. You should give yourself time to prepare for your online interview, and make the recordings in a quiet space – don’t worry if you mess up on your first try, you can re-record and submit when you are happy! All these videos (and applications) are kept confidential, only viewed by our Interviews Team and are a casual way for us to get to know you a little better!

Once completed it will take up to 3 working days to let you know if you were successful. If you pass you will be invited to complete your HAP profile, take part in online academy training (if you wish) and start expressing your interest in shifts. You will be asked to bring your right to work documents that you have uploaded to your first shift to show to the HAP representative on site that they match what you have uploaded.

Good luck!
