This week hap turns 6! We have been staffing some of the UK and Ireland’s biggest events for 6 years! We’ve come a long way over the years, so we wanted to share our story and what we have accomplished over the years.
Our History
In 2016, we staffed 50 festivals and events across the UK and started to expand the team. In 2017, hap staffed 50 major festivals and events. These events included Download, Oktoberfests, TRNSMT and more. The team started to staff festivals in Ireland, the first one being Electric Picnic. Fast forward to 2019, and hap provided staff to more than 200 festivals and events. The following year in 2020, the focus turned to provide staff to Covid test centres across the country!Â
 In 2021 venues started to reopen, and hap were back providing staff to 250+ festivals and events. hap also delved into other sectors, including hospitality, stadiums, Arenas and Racecourses. In 2022 hap provided staff to more than 500 venues, including festivals, events, sporting events, hotels, pubs, restaurants, corporate parties, arenas and more.
Our hap team has massively expanded over the last few years, and in 2023 hap will continue to offer lots of shifts at a range of venues across the UK and IRE. We couldn’t have done this without all our fantastic staff members who work with us. Here are some messages from our hap HQ team…Â

From Glasgow to Brighton and everywhere in between. From helping you set your tent up to loading you back onto the coach and everything in between. To our bar managers, bar staff and fellow ops, thank you for your ongoing hard work, enthusiasm, fun and laughter over the past 6 years! We can’t wait to see you in a field next year.
